Refund and cancellation policy

In case you have any problem with our services and / or want to cancel your request, please email us on custsupport@caregivereg.com. We will investigate the problem immediately and get in contact with you. If your request for refund is valid, Caregiver will refund the total amount through the same form of payment. In case of cancellation of your request, one hour or less before the confirmed appointment, no refund will be eligible.
